Health and Well Being
Protas covers the full Health Care premium for employees and their families under Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield (BC/BS) Gold. And, for a small premium, we offer employees the ability to bump up to a Platinum level of coverage (under BC/BS) which has a $0.00 deductible and low co-pays.
Protas also covers the full premium for excellent Dental, Vision, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability and Life Insurance plans.
Protas contributes 6% of an employee's salary to an American Funds 401(k) plan in equal monthly increments. Employee contributions are not required to receive this automatic contribution. Employees are eligible immediately and company contributions are vested immediately.
Protas also provides an annual bonus program driven by various performance goals and a variety of other financial incentives that are tied to contributing to business growth
Balance and Learning
Protas follows the Government Holiday schedule (10 holidays per calendar year) and offers 25 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) so that employees can achieve a reasonable work/life balance.
Protas also pays for training and boot camps that are consistent with the employee's career plan and emerging market needs.
